Dash issue

Ive been seeing posts from a week or a month ago its been happening more frequently now and now I can go through my dash without seeing things from a few days ago.

Had to go through the tumblr app just to make sure and yeah those posts are from days ago and when I refresh it it brings even older posts..

Please fix this I dont want to go through the tumblr app knowing it doesnt have blacklist.
