XKit App Reviews

The developer needs to update some functions, because Tumblr developers are changing their code once in awhile, so there are important functions not working, like the chat.

Still, thank you for your previous hard work, and the invention of XKit! I dont know what I would do without it! I hope you are reading this, because I just want to say how mI, as well as other people, appreciate your hard work. I hope you are doing well, and thank you for making XKit open source. If it wasnt, Tumblr might have prevented XKit from ever operating forever!

Works great. But not all of my blogs show up. Its no big deal for me because I dont always use them.

As appreciative as I am for xkit mobiles existence, it doesnt get the updates that it needs. It crashes a lot and is unresponsive at times. Xkit guy needs to either hand over the mobile version to someone else (if he hasnt already) or either start updating it like he should.

Too bad it hasnt been updated in 9 months, which is upsetting considering its an app you had to pay to use. I still recommend it to people but just be aware that you cant send messages or IM, it crashes often, and if you create any sideblogs you will not be able to operate them on here. The blacklisting feature is still pretty great from what I can tell. If this ever updates Id be more than happy to give 5 stars.

I bought this app today and it worked for a while. Now it keeps crashing. Ive tried everything from deleting it and re-downloding it to restarting my phone. Waste of money, would not recommend.

Great app with lots of xkits functionalities! Slowly switching from official tumblr app to xkit, however the gif quality/gif enlargement restrictions are a bit off-putting - hope that a smoother gif view will soon be added!

Does 95% of why the browser version does, with an interface youre already used to if you use the browser version. My only complaint, minor though it is, is that it takes a bit to load, otherwise is a must get for anyone who has a tumblr account.

It doesnt work with my Iphone 4S and 8.1.1 IOS. I bought it just for blocking post since I only use tumblr on my phone. Too bad. Ill wait an update though...

Crashes all the time since the ios9 upgrade. Avoid until fixed.

Really awesome app and all I ever wanted to enhance my tumblr experience! Finally my blacklist also on my phone and a lot more neat little things the tumblr app just doesnt provide. I would give this app 5 stars if it werent for the fact that it shows me very often that I have "No network connection" even though I am sitting at home and my wifi is just fine or I am out and my mobile wifi is also fine. Then I need to close the app, open it again and suddenly it works again. But to so this nearly every time is just annoying.

I cant like or reblog posts anymore, I cant check messages or the activity bar, and Im occasionally being logged out for no reason. Sucks!

It shuts down every time I want to log in

I read the skit page and decided to put that app on my new iPad and it isnt working. Crappy if you earn money with that not working thing.... Make it work or delete it from store please. I would like to have my money back if it will not get to work. Period

Posts dont show since the September update

Its literally crashing with everything I do. It used to work so fine. What happened?! Update pls!!

the app has really great features and just improves the tumblr mobile experience, but i have a feeling that the app isnt being updated and some things like asking dont really work for me anymore because of Tumblr™ changes
